How to delete your account
Using The App:
Open the side menu on the top left
From the main screen of the StaffDNA app, tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top left corner of the screen to open the navigation menu.
Select "Password/Username" under "User Settings"
In the navigation menu, scroll down to find the "User Settings" section. Tap on "Password/Username" to access your account settings.
Fill out the form and click "Delete Account"
On the account settings page, scroll to find the "Delete Account" option. You may need to enter your password to confirm your identity. Once verified, tap "Delete Account" to permanently remove your account.
Without The App:
Submit your request using the Contact Us Form
If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can submit an account deletion request through our website. Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form with your account details and deletion request.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your personal data, application history, and saved preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.
What Happens to My Data After I Delete My Account?
Please rest assured that we take your privacy and the security of your data seriously. When you request your account be deleted, we deactivate your information from within our systems. For more information about our data retention practices and your rights, you can review our Privacy Policy.
When you delete your StaffDNA account:
- Your personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases
- Your job applications and saved searches will be deleted
- You will no longer receive communications from StaffDNA
- Some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited time as required by law
- Any active assignments or contracts may need to be completed before full deletion
